Fix seccomp-filter for newer Linux kernels

* lib-src/seccomp-filter.c (MAP_DROPPABLE): Define if undefined.
(main): Use MAP_DROPPABLE flag.  Allow `tcgetattr' call of glibc
on physical terminal devices.  (Bug#77232)
