* lisp/pcmpl-gnu.el: Don't fail when there is no Makefile nor -f arg.
(pcmpl-gnu-makefile-regexps): Accept "makefile" as well as files that
end in ".mk".
(pcmpl-gnu-make-rule-names): Check "makefile" and ignore errors
when reading the makefile.
