* Run dead code removal always before fwprop, optim bootstrap time (~20% less)

* lisp/emacs-lisp/comp.el (comp-passes): Remove `comp-dead-code'.
(comp-fwprop): Call `comp-dead-code'.
(comp-dead-code): Remove fake arg.
