Adapt .gitlab-ci.yml

* .gitlab-ci.yml (variables): Move outside jobs.  Use
"GIT_STRATEGY: fetch".
(before_script): Install git.
(test-all): Rename from test.  Install inotify-tools.  Run "make
check-expensive".
(test-filenotify-gio): New job.
