Fix defining inverse abbrevs on previous words (Bug#36243)

* lisp/abbrev.el (inverse-add-abbrev): Skip trailing nonword
characters when defining abbrev.

* test/lisp/abbrev-tests.el (abbrev-edit-save-to-file-test): Add
regression tests.
