(BLOCK_PADDING): Rename from ABLOCKS_PADDING.  Update users.
(lisp_align_malloc): Use posix_memalign is available.
(ABLOCKS_BASE): Use HAVE_POSIX_MEMALIGN as an optimization.
(STRING_BLOCK_SIZE): Rename from STRINGS_IN_STRING_BLOCK for consistency.
Update users.
