Replace completion--some with seq-some

This is safe, as 'seq' is preloaded before 'minibuffer'.
* lisp/loadup.el ("minibuffer"): Document 'seq' dependency.
* lisp/minibuffer.el (completion--some): Remove.  Replace all uses
with 'seq-some'.
