Rename --without-mini-gmp to --with-libgmp

* configure.ac (HAVE_GMP): Rename ‘configure’ option from
--without-mini-gmp to --with-libgmp.  All uses changed.
* doc/lispref/numbers.texi (Predicates on Numbers): Large
integers are always available.  Clarify how eq works on them.
