Better docstring and parameter name for seq-find

* lisp/emacs-lisp/seq.el (seq-find): Improve the docstring and rename
the parameter `sentinel' to `default'.

* doc/lispref/sequences.texi (Sequence Functions): Update the
  documentation for `seq-find' accordingly.
