(server-unload-function): Rename from `server-unload-hook' and
adapt to new `unload-feature' functionality.  Remove hook from
`kill-buffer-hook' buffer-locally.
(server-unload-hook): Remove.
(server-unload-function): New var; replaces `server-unload-hook'.
